What we collect
We collect three things. First, the information you give us directly: your name, email, password, and any bank statements you upload. Second, basic technical data your browser sends, such as device type and IP, used only to keep the service secure. Third, the transactions and insights we derive from your statements.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your bank login credentials. Klariefy does not connect to your bank account. You give us statements, not access. We do not use third party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
How we use your data
Your statements are used only to compute the insights, charts, and summaries that appear in your dashboard. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not train AI models on it.
Where it lives
Your data is stored encrypted in databases hosted by Supabase and Vercel. We use industry standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest.
Who can see it
Only you. A small number of Strivon Tech engineers may access encrypted backups for legitimate operational reasons such as recovering data after an outage. We will never read the contents of your statements casually.
Your rights
You have the right to see, export, and delete your data at any time. The settings page in your dashboard provides controls for all three. You may also email hello@klariefy.app with any request and we will respond within seven days.
Children
Klariefy is not intended for anyone under eighteen. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
International users
Klariefy is designed for Nigerians, but anyone can sign up. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed in the regions where our infrastructure providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the product.
