1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Klariefy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who we are
Klariefy is a financial intelligence service operated by Strivon Tech, a company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We help individuals understand the patterns in their personal bank statements.
3. What you give us
You may upload bank statements in PDF, CSV, or XLSX form. You confirm that any statement you upload belongs to you and that you have the right to share its contents with Klariefy for analysis.
4. What we do with it
We parse your statements to produce insights, charts, and summaries that are visible only to you. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not train AI models on it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us at hello@klariefy.app.
6. What we are not
Klariefy is not a financial advisor, bank, accountant, or tax service. The insights we surface are observations from your data, not professional advice. Decisions you make based on what you see in Klariefy are yours alone.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service. You agree not to upload data that does not belong to you. You agree not to use Klariefy to launder funds, evade taxes, or facilitate any illegal activity.
8. Pricing and plans
Klariefy offers a free Quiet tier and a paid Clear tier. Pricing is shown on the website and may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Contact hello@klariefy.app within fourteen days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel and delete your account at any time from the settings page. Deletion permanently removes your statements, transactions, and derived insights from our systems within thirty days.
10. Service availability
We try our best to keep Klariefy running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data processing delays, or insights you act upon.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or in the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Lagos.
